Yoga therapy is a personalised yoga practice to treat illness and build wellness. It targets specific health issues and brings a new level of physical, mental and emotional health. Anyone can do yoga therapy. You don’t need to be flexible or to have yoga experience; all you need is a little bit of practice every day. I have helped people with back pain, asthma, anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, joint pain, chronic fatigue, thyroid issues, hernia, Parkinsons, cancer, menopause, diabetes, pain management, emphysema, menstrual issues, frozen shoulder, irritable bowel syndrome, insomnia, osteoporosis, arthritis and countless other conditions.
